I will give you a list of plyometric exercises that you can perform. As a word of caution, you must take into account that performing plyometric exercises can damage the knee joints over a long period of time. That is however, if you do not perform plyometric exercises correctly and  you do not perform them with the proper form.

Squat Jumps

the squat jumps makes it to my list of plyometric exercises. The squat jump is perfect for increasing explosiveness on the legs. The squat jump is even more simpler to do in fact that you basically been down with your back straight of as if you were to do a real squat exercise with the barbell on your shoulders. To make you more simpler for you, I will talk you how to perform squat jump properly. First we need to do is stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Next we do is bend down were your thighs are parallel to the ground and once you’re in that position you explode up into the air.

the jump to box exercise makes it to my list of plyometric exercises. It is a form of plyometric exercise that is so simple to do you cannot go it workout without it. Basically what you do is from a standing position you jump to a higher platform. To jump to box exercise can work on improving your reaction time to jumping to another platform. This is just another exercise in my list of plyometric exercises.

Split Squat Jumps

the split squat jumps makes it to my list of plyometric exercises. The split squat jumps is a little more harder to do but that is when you barely begin doing it. To do the split squat jumps imagine doing the squat jumps exercise but in this case you are performing the squat jump in the lunge position. In case you forgot how to do lunges, 1 foot extends out the most and other foot extends behind you. Split squat jumps works heavily on the hamstrings muscles.

Tuck Jumps

the talk Jumps makes it to my list of plyometric exercises because it is so simple to do. To do the talk jumps, you basically stand in the position that you are in and you jump. While you are in the air you to your knees up to your chest and then you land on both of your feet. The talk jumps exercise works on explosiveness of the feet.
